It's already becoming a bit of a tradition - Slim Pickens & Doctor Baz were joined for a hot set by blues harmonica legend Doc Span at the last two 'Blues on Broadbeach' Festivals

2004 and 2005 Slim Pickens & Dr. Baz toured of Norway and Great Britain ......

performed both times at Sjyrock Music Festival and in 2005 under the midnight sun at the SementBlues Festival, in the artctic north.

The 2005 tour also included some choice gigs in Northern Ireland where they have developed a musical collaboration with country blues vocalist Errol Walsh.

Dr. Baz and Slim played the 2005 Gympie Muster

2004 saw the boys stomping up a hoot at the Gympie Muster - one of their alltime favourite musical extravaganzaz set in the Arimoor State Forest and drawing 60,000 people (info link)!
